Eye in the Crowd – The Blue Partisans

Last week the Emperor stunned everyone by dissolving the Senate and unveiling his secret police force – the Blue Partisans. Little is known of the Blue Partisans except that they were instrumental in dismantling the Senate and have been granted broad powers of authority by the Emperor. Just today we learned that the man who once proposed reading the minds of the citizens of Palanthas is now the leader of the Blue Partisans.
