Minotaur Navy Mobilized

Nethosak - Maritia de Droka, the Empress of the Minotaurs has ordered the minotaur navy to hunt down and rescue her cousin Santhia de Droka.

This past Majetag Empress Maritia de Droka, co-ruler of the Minotaur Empire, in response to the news of the kidnapping of her cousin, Santhia de Droka, her former ambassador to Solamnia, ordered that every seaworthy ship in the minotaur navy hunt down and destroy the elven pirate ship the Ashaynnth. The Empress offered the generous reward of 2500 Hotaks for the safe rescue of her cousin.

The Herald was unable to obtain any official comment on the subject from any in the royal court, however Bors es Valen, a sergeant of the Wyvern Legion, sometimes spokesman for the government of Sargasanti had the following to say. "This just goes to show everyone how ungrateful these wretched elves are. We show them every kindness, provide them with food and clothing, work and shelter and still they rebel against our just rule. Reprisals have already been made and will continue to be made until Santhia de Droka is released and returned to her people unharmed."

These reprisals consist of the beheading of one elf in Ambeon each day until Lady de Droka is returned. The heads of these elves are mounted on the spears that line the walls of Sargasanti. Rumors abound throughout the entirety of Ambeon of elves being beaten and tortured for information, but this has yet to be substantiated.

The Ashaynnth has not been sighted since they captured the former ambassador, but the discovery of the remains of three minotaur vessels in the Bay of Balifor has focused much of the attention of the searchers there.
