Magical Battle at the Song of Life

Palanthas - A major disruption was caused at the Song of Life tavern, where renowned magical performer Lenne was attacked during a concert.

During the performance of her widely-known song "1000 Words", the concert was disrupted by a trio of unknown origins. One bore a remarkable resemblance to Lenne, and accused her of being an imposter.

As witnesses report, a vicious, magic-infused battle took place, with Lenne being defeated by the trio. As she fell, her illusion wore away, revealing her to be a fake. Apparently, "Lenne" had been wearing a dress-sphere, a magical item created by the original for ease of changing clothing that has become quite popular amongst the wealthy.

The City Guard reports that the false "Lenne" successfully fled the scene and that she has not been seen since.

Lenne, from Solanthus, is widely known for her contributions to music and magic. Her music is popular with just about everybody, due to her use of illusion and light spells to create incredible visual shows, and her magical creations are sought by folk across Ansalon.
