Arak Import Warehouse Vandalized – 10 Guards Killed

Palanthas - Late last night, a warehouse on the West end of Horizon Road belonging to the Arak Import Corporation was broken into and vandalized. Sources say that when the morning staff arrived to work they found there had been, what looked like, a small battle. 10 of the 12 security guards were found dead and the merchandise stored inside was in shambles.

"We have started our investigation," says Abraham Silvercrown, Captain of the City Guard,"but at the moment we still have two guards unaccounted for and we don't know if anything has been taken till the warehouse has been cleaned up."

Although the Herald requested an interview, Lady Renisha Arak declined and issued a written statement saying that she morns the loss of life with the men's families and that she requests that the Herald leave the families and herself alone.

Arak Import Corporation specializes in exotic herbs and spices. They are the largest wholesale suppliers of spell components in Palanthas.
