Schallsea – Last week representatives from the Temple of Mishakal in Palanthas arrived at the Citadel of Light. These priests are to spend the next six months studying at the Citadel of Light, hoping to enhance their healing talents.

"We've come to the Citadel of Light to study because we feel that, if we are to improve, this is the place to do so," group spokesperson Ghael Thornstar informs. "Mundane healing in particular is one of the areas we'll be focusing on during our stay here because Palanthas is a metropolis and, while we do have magic at our disposal, our magic simply isn't sufficient if a citywide catastrophe hits the city. Therefore we hope to improve our skills in immediate treatment of wounds and diseases as well as long term treatments."

Citadel of Light co-administrator Cassandra Renay looks forward to six months of interesting debates and constructive dialogues and she is confident that the delegation from Palanthas will find their stay most productive. "Here at the Citadel of Light we pride ourselves on our ability to work together despite differing views on religion, and the Palanthas delegation will be met with open arms. Mishakal's faithful have come here to learn but they'll be teaching as well. Their experience in large scale health operations should prove useful to our establishment here."

Ghael Thornstar informs the Herald that if the stay is successful, she is optimistic about a more permanent collaboration between the Citadel of Light and the Church of Mishakal in Palanthas.
