GurrochArticle written by UzielGurroch (? AC – 349 AC) was a male Minotaur who was born in a small tribe located in the Darcika Woods. The minotaur left for the city of Kristophan at a young age, where he became a gladiator of note. He racked up a significant number of victories, until it was discovered that he was poisoning his opponents to ensure victory for himself. Gurroch was banished from Kristophan in disgrace. The minotaur was described as having black fur, beady red eyes, and a pair of twelve-inch long horns. He bore a birthmark of a star on his chest, and had naturally tough skin, after a wizard treated his skin at birth. He was soft-spoken and thoughtful, but also had the quick temper of his race. He was not the strongest of minotaurs, however Gurroch was nimble both of foot and of mind. Gurroch was known to often coat his horns in poison, to be used as a last resort to strike down his enemies.
Finding himself turned out of Kristophan, Gurroch turned to a life of crime, often hiring himself out as an assassin. In 349 AC, he had gained the attention of Erestem, who offered him a role in her armies as one of her chief lieutenants. The minotaur accepted, and was given the task of eliminating a troublesome group of adventurers, however the band eluded him in Upper Panak. Gurroch then served in a large army that fell upon the adventurers and their allies in the realm of Eborium, however the minotaur was slain during the battle. References
