Demiplanes

Demiplanes are small extradimensional pieces of reality, that are normally linked to other larger planes. They can be created by powerful arcane or divine spells, by the gods themselves, or formed naturally. The links between demiplanes and larger planes is normally through a singular portal to each larger plane, which of course means that a single demiplane may have multiple portals to other planes. It should be noted that most demiplanes are linked to the Material Plane and The Gray.
