Krey (? AC - 357 AC) was a male Human who was the tribal mage of the Glass Sailors of the Shining Lands in the latter part of the Age of Despair. In 357 AC, he was elevated from a low level mage to the status of tribal mage, following the death of his predecessor in a Horax attack. Krey was soon thrust into a number of challenges in the form of ever increasing horax raids. With the arrival of Captain Antara and her crew, as well as Riva Silverblade and her companions, Krey went to defend his people from the vicious horax. Whilst the others use their weapons and magic wisely, Krey foolishly launched a fire spell which decimated the horax as well as the entire season's crops for the Glass Sailors.

Aris, leader of the Glass Sailors, and his fellow councillors chose to exile Krey, however Riva disagreed and went after the mage. The adventurer brought Krey back to the settlement, and the young mage attacked Aris out of anger over his fate. However one of the Glass Sailors, Tanal, shot down Krey whilst the mage was throttling Aris.
