Ktarrh (? - 393 AC) was a Gold Dragon that was the comrade and mount for Riva Silverblade during the bulk of her military career in the War of the Lance. Following the war, Ktarrh went in search of Riva when she disappeared around 357 AC, eventually finding her on the continent of Taladas. Ktarrh served Riva once more in a series of adventures, until he left her side in the same year to assist the Silver Dragons of Taladas in spreading their eggs across different sites for safety.

Ktarrh faithfully served by Riva's side for the next few decades in both Taladas and Ansalon, until the pair were ambushed in 393 AC. The dragon incurred a large number of wounds, but still managed to destroy a Draconian patrol to save his beloved Riva, before he finally passed away.
