Balakas (? AC - ? AC) was a male Minotaur that was the local administrator that governed the village of Boremium during the latter part of the Age of Despair. He was a huge and imposing minotaur who led the defense of his village in 348 AC when the cult of Usa the Mighty attacked Boremium. He petitioned a group of adventurers who helped in defending the village, to seek out and destroy the repelled cultists, before they could muster for another strike... and also to save face for the Imperial League before the citizens could complain about the lack of response from their minotaur leaders.
