Outer Reach

The Outer Reach was the first part of the Maelstrom. It was here that the waters of the Blood Sea of Istar start to become red. The sea was full of great swells here and storm clouds were very common. Sea Dragons were also common here. The next part of the Maelstrom was the Tightening Ring.
