The Minister of State is a position of great power within the Imperial League, and is the Minotaur that handles the diplomatic efforts of the nation, and ensures the welfare of the citizens of the League. The minister sits on the Imperial Senate, reports directly to the Emperor of the Imperial League, and manages all the Provincial Governors.
