Khegar (or Death Tower) was what the Dargonesti Elves called the underwater citadel headquarters of the Sea Witch Sagarassi. It was carved into the foundations of an undersea mountain. The mountain itself actually formed an island at the top. On the island was a 150 foot granite tower. At the top of the tower was a jewel that shone light to lure passing by ships. Sagarassi would even summon storms to get the ships to the island. None that saw the island left to tell stories of it.

The tower had a shaft that ran through it and the mountain right into Khegar. The citadel was full of creatures guarding it including Giant Slugs, aquatic snakes, sharks, ghagglers, Undead. Most deadly was Sagarassi's honor guard of seven Sea Dragons and seven Amphi Dragons. The Dragons were chosen as the most ruthless from their nearby territories.
