Great Registry

The Great Registry is a massive tome in which is recorded the births and deaths of every one of the Baltchians. Further to this, the residence, occupation and size of one's household is also recorded. Lastly any ownership of land is kept recorded.

The Great Registry is maintained by the government of Baltch, and ultimately overseen by the Master Engineer, ruler of the island nation.
