Gloorghin-Tekh is a ruin in Watermere. It was once the country's second most important city, but it was destroyed during the Catacylsm. The city was then abandoned by the Dargonesti Elves. Koalinths then took ownership of the city. It is also rumored that an Amphi Dragon also lives in the ruin.
