Dream Anemone

Dream Anemone is an aquatic plant that has beautiful flowers. The flowers have a fluid that when undiluted can make a person fall deep asleep and have vivid dreams. It grows everywhere in Watermere and many Dargonesti Elves mix it with kelp juice and ferment it into an alcoholic beverage.
