His High and Mighty's Grandiose Playground of Pleasure are an area on the east side of Neraka that was located between the huge inner walls and the outter walls. The name was given to the area by the city locals since the area was the nicest in the whole city. THe buildings there were larger and better built. The Pink Palace was located here.
