The Lord Mayor of Neraka, or simply called a Caliph, was the city leader of Neraka in Taman Busuk. Mirielle Abrena killed one of the Lord Mayors, and it is unknown if the position was refilled, or if the Governor-General just assumed the position.

Unknown (? AC - 386 AC) was the Lord Mayor until Mirielle Abrena had him killed for being in her way.
