Praetor

Praetor is a title used by the judges of the Imperial League, that preside over all court cases heard within the League. The Praetors are a powerful group within the League, and determine what cases will go to trial, which in effect means that they decide who ends up in the Imperial Arena.

Praetors handle the Conditions of Trial, and when a case is determined to go to the Arena for a satisfactory outcome, they also manage the fighting bill to ensure the greatest fights are held at the premiere times to ensure the largest crowds.
