Talako Urran (? AC - ? AC) was a Human Legion of Steel member who posed as a music teacher in Tarsis. As the teacher, he would teach local Dark Knight commandant's children music, while being part of the Tarsis Legion Cell. He was good friends with Cammi Randal, and knew Odo Rowle was a Legion member.
