The Chamberlain of the High Queen is an assigned title of the Chieftain's Clan of the Nylgai Hadirnoe. The title is handed down to certain members of the royal clan, and denotes the dwarf who is in charge of the administrative affairs of the wife of the High King of the OdderRhing.
