Issache

Issache are the march rations created by the Wretched Ones of the Ilquar Mountains of Northern Hosk. The rations are made from the sludge and runoff of brewed Issca, which is then dried and formed into sheets. Issache is high in protein and quite filling, but is extremely tough and hard to eat.

The Wretched Ones will often place portions of Issache between their feet and their sandals, to wear it down to make the rations more palatable and able to be chewed.
