Rokuta or (Rokatushakorthabunduzograstakun) is the tallest tower in the entire city of Ilmach. The tower stretches to over five hundred feet above the next tallest structure in the city, and is where the clockwork birds known as Palgantothanyugarbascivashobori of the Bilo Gnomes are kept and sent on their missions.
