A serai is a common meeting place or a campground of the Glass Sailors of the Shining Lands. The sites are normally simply a docking area where a number of ships can be found, as the Glass Sailors often live aboard their ships most of the time. The ships are grouped together so the Glass Sailors can either trade with one another, or sometimes with the Gnomes of the Bilo Columns.
