Rakis (? AC - 425 AC) was a male Human that was the ruler of Essud, one of the kingdoms of the Rainward Isles. He was an immensely fat man, who had a long beard that was dyed a fiery orange. Rakis and his eight young wives were killed during the devastation of Suluk in 425 AC.
