Vault of Eyes

The Vault of Eyes was a white plain room that stood at the top of the highest of towers of the Sevenspires in the city of Suluk. The room had eight large windows and a circle of silver on the floor, that could easily hold up to a dozen people within its band.

The room was used as a magical means of communicating with the other Rainward Kings.
