Mind Cleansing

A Mind Cleansing was a type of mental relaxation activity that a Kagonesti Elf did when stressed. A Kagonesti fashioned a spear from a piece of wood and stabbed it into a body of water. He/she did this not to catch fish, but to envision his problems and stab at them. The Kagonesti would emerge from the ritual more focused having been able to step away from their problems for a minute.

One of the Young Adventurers, an elf named Elidor was taught this technique by his father.
