Gham was once one of the great cities of the Aurim Empire. At some point in the Age of Might, the people of Gham offended the Emperor of Aurim, Maladar an-Desh. In response, the sorcerer rained magical black fire onto the city, turning it's stone walls to ash, and wiping it from the face of the earth.
