Tulukaruk (? AC - 424 AC) was a male Human that hailed from the Spirit Wolf Clan of the Ice People. He was the Makau of the tribe, and respected by all as a powerful sorcerer and leader. In later life, he was described as being diminutive and stooped, with wrinkled skin and numerous scars on his body. He had white hair and a white beard that had talons, blue stones and teeth woven into it. He usually carried a long staff with the horns of a white dragon atop it.

Tulukaruk had three guardian Amaguik spirits that stayed in his Anho-ti, which he also frequently communed with. He knew several different languages, including Kothian Language. In 424 AC, Tulukaruk aided Barreth Forlo and his companions in locating Ukamiak the Wyrm-Namer, but was later killed in his sleep when Shadow-Fiends attacked Kitaglu and slaughtered all the inhabitants.
