The Spirit Wolf Clan were one of the tribes of the Ice People of the Panak Desert. The tribe was almost wiped out during the increasingly harsh conditions during the Dread Winter and the Godless Night, however they managed to dig in and survive. Led by a wise Makau who consulted with several Amaguik, the clan managed to begin to grow and flourish once more in their village of Kitaglu.

In 424 AC, Barreth Forlo and his companions encountered a hunting party of the Spirit Wolf Clan, who brought them back to Kitaglu. The clan makau Tulukaruk aided them in locating the Wyrm-Namer and sent them on their way. The Shadow-Fiends of the Faceless Brethren had trailed the companions to the village and wiped out all the Ice People present, but did not locate Barreth and his friends. The clan was all but decimated, except for a handful of survivors.

The clan had a spirit wolf as their totem, and were known as 'Amaruik' in the Panak Language.
