Bortold's Way

Bortold's Way is a large road that runs north to south in the city of Kristophan. It is named after the fourth Emperor of the Imperial League, and has statues of the many marshals who served under Emperor Bortold to extend the borders of the empire. A bridge was situated at one end of the road that ran over the innermost waters of the Western Ocean, allowing access to the city from the sea.

When the earthquake struck Kristophan in 424 AC, much of the road was destroyed.
