Hall of Laws

The Hall of Laws was a great building in which all courtcases and hearings took place for the city of Kristophan. The hall had a thirty foot high cathedral ceiling that was covered in a painting of Sargas wielding a broadsword in either hand. One sword glinted in the sun, whilst the other dripped blood, presumably from the many heads and bodies laying at the god's feet.

The entire hall was build from green serpentine and was polished and immaculate, the walls had arrow-slit windows from which the sunlight poured through in small lines. At the far end of the hall was a raised dais with nine steps leading up to it. Atop the dais was a long blood-red stone bench, upon which sat the magistrates that presided over the court.
