Lord Adjudicator can also be the Lord of the Skull, even though the positions are different. They are also the head of the Knights of the Skull, and appointed to the position by the Lord of the Night. The Lord Adjudicator chooses new Adjudicators of the Code from the Skull Knight ranks.
