The Battle of Grey Marsh occurred in the spring of 2255 PC in the Empire of Ergoth. The conflict was between Ergothian Cavaliers trying to put down a revolt against Ergothian expansion. Walthrop Vakt led the brigade of cavaliersagainst the armies, but due to heavy rains that spring the ground was too soft for the armies to battle. The sides made a truce and decided to do a group duel to the death to decide the victory of the battle. The duel was twelve against twelve resulting in Walthrop Vakt's side winning. It was decided after the battle that no more conflicts would occur unit after the crops were harvested in the fall.
