Adjudicator of the Code

Adjudicator of the Code are Knights of the Skull who serve as the Inquisitors for the Knights of Neraka, are usually Masters of the Skull, and are members of the secret group, the Cabal of the Code. Their primary jobs are to enforce the Code, and keep track of those Knights who have committed crimes against the knighthood. When they have a knight brought to them on violation of the Code, the Adjudicator has the sole authority to sit and render judgment on the Knight. Ariakan set this up to get away from the endless debates that he saw happen with the Knights of Solamnia. If the Adjudicator finds the Knight guilty, they have the authority to have the Knight executed on the spot or hold off execution.

Adjudicators of the Code usually work alone maybe with one other member. Only in extreme circumstances will more than two Adjudicators band together to form a full force. They also can order members from all three Orders to assist them. Some may pose as Skull Knights, or they may just wear plain clothes with a golden scepter symbol.
