Shinarion was a summer festival celebrated in the Holy Empire of Istar. It celebrated industry and trade and was good for commerce. During the celebration, the population of the Lordcity of Istar doubles.

Kender Tales

The source says that in 3 PC the Temple of the Kingpriest prepared special ceremonies to honor the goddess Shinare during the festival, but since the Kingpriest had forbade worship of the Gods of Neutrality by then it seems unlikely.
