Messenger's Guild

The Messenger's Guild was a guild in the Lordcity of Istar and operated through the Holy Empire of Istar. The guild would traffic official messages across the empire including to the Kingpriest himself. They would carry silver scepters that would identify them as members of the guild. A scepter would have winged horseshoe crown on its end.
