Hill of Lords

The Hill of Lords was the name of the northern quarter of the Lordcity of Istar. It was located more to the northwestern part of the city. The streets were extremely straight and lined with flowering trees. The wealthy of the city lived in this quarter in walled homes. They would compete with each with their grand estates.
