Imperial Prison

The Imperial Prison was a large granite building in the city of Istar. It can be found north of the Great Temple. The Imperial Prison was built in 118 PC because of Kingpriest Vasari II declaring the Proclamation of Manifest Virtue. It was made from granite blocks from the mountains west of the city. While the building looks impressive and clean on the outside it is really filthy on the inside. Most of the inmates were nonhumans.
