Kautilya was a village located in the Istar Province of the Holy Empire of Istar. It was located east of Chidell and west of Seiri on the Istaran Plains and the Lake of Istar. The city was known for having many bronze foundries, and even was given the nicknames "The Bronze City" or "Bronze Kautilya". On a clear day, people in the city could see Istar on the exact opposite shore of Lake Istar. The people from the city were called Kautilyan. The city was destroyed when the Fiery Mountain was thrown upon Istar, the inhabitants first boiled in steam, then burned from the intense fire and heat.
