Culthairai Plains

The Culthairai Plains was a land located south of the Mirshan Jungle in the Istar Province of the Holy Empire of Istar. This was once a land of its own, but it merged with the city-state of Istar prior to the Third Dragon War. It was known for its farming of oats, and many mercenaries would congrugate here. Two great villains from the War hailed from here: Galan Dracos and General Krynos. The land was destroyed during the Cataclysm.
