The Kings of Istar were leaders who led the Kingdom of Istar. The kings would rule until Istar became an Empire, and the Emperor of Istar took over the rulership.

Past Kings of Istar

Galeric (962 PC - ? PC) was the first king of Istar. He formed the city-state of Istar into a Kingdom following the Third Dragon War.

Karthay Pah (? - ? PC) was a king in the early years of the kingdom.
