Eye of Uchuno

The Eye of Uchuno is a scrying spell that puts the Illusion of an eye where the Wizard was looking. In order to cast the spell, the wizard would need a lot of melted volcanic glass. Wherever the wizards looks with this spell, he or she may cast magic through the eye. Wilthur the Brown last used the spell to torture people into stealing the fear they put off from the spells.
