Ardosean IV (? PC - ? PC), also called Ardosean the Uniter, declared himself the Kingpriest of Istar in Losarcum in 103 PC during the Three Thrones War. He crowned himself with a sapphire tiara for a crown. Over the course of four years, he won several major battles, and eventually laid siege to Istar in 99 PC. The people of the city gave up Vasari III in order to lift the siege, and Ardosean had him beheaded.

Ardosean IV crowned himself in Istar to make his title of Kingpriest official. In the winter of 99 PC, Ardosean became extremely ill. He abdicated to his heir Symeon III, and continued to assist him in the years to come. He assisted Symeon in defeating Theorollyn III when they were attacked in Istar in 98 PC. A road in Losarcum wass named Ardosean's Walk in his honor. This road had a fifty-foot statue of Ardosean IV on it.

Kender Tales

In Chosen of the Gods, it actually states that Ardosean IV beheaded Vasari II, and not Vasar III. This was later changed in Legends of the Twins.
