Baliforian

A Baliforian are Humans from the Balifor region including Port Balifor that are descendants of Kalinese. Prior to the Cataclysm, Kender from The Forest of Balifor would have been included, but since most moved to Kendermore or other areas of Ansalon. The humans though are mainly an honest people that are more practical than religious. They usually are described as having "unusual" features including tattoos, and have tan or olive skin.
