Lannis the Blind (? - ? PC) was a male Human Emperor of Istar. Not much is known about him other than he was the emperor during the War of Bones of 574 PC. He sent the First Son of Paladine, Eldan, to ask the wizards of the Tower of High Sorcery at Istar for help and they refused to attack one of their own. The emperor then sent a request to the Knights of Solamnia at Palanthas for aid. The knights came and defeated the undead forces.
