Veloxua (? - ? AC) was a female Dargonesti Elf cartographer. She was tall for an Elf. Her face was long and thin and she had dark green hair. Veloxua's skin was unusually dark blue verging on indigo.

Post War of Souls

After the Gods return in 421 AC, the Dargonesti sent out expeditions to map the new ocean currents caused by the return of the three moons. The expedition was lead by Quayseen and included Veloxua, Brysis, and the dolphin Minnow-Tyrant. On the expedition they mapped many things from the Blood Sea down south past Habakkuk's Necklace into the Bay of Balifor including the Ice Spear, the Salt Wound, and most importantly they discovered the World Gash.

After warning Istar and Watermere of the World Gash, two more expeditions were made. On the third, twelve Dargonesti were lost only Brysis, Veloxua, and Minow-Tryant survived. Veloxua was infected by blood of Chaos that was making the World Gash.

The infection made her mad. Her fellow elves did not know what to do to help her. She was taken from Istar to Watermere but they failed to help too. She was taken to Triastemus where Dargonesti affected by incurable madness were taken to be made comfortable. While infected her eyes emitted a blank ink and it stained her lips.
