The Treaty of Thelgaard was an obscure treaty signed by the Empire of Ergoth and Silvanesti in 2239 PC. Not much was known about the treaty, except that it had something to do with the trade of cloth, and one of the Humans was Ulwen who traveled to Silvanost to sign the treaty.
