Rene (? AC - ? AC) was a young Knight of the Rose who had command of the defense of Mason's Ford during Ankhar's War in the summer of 425 AC. He had a full shock of brown hair, a neatly trimmed mustache over his upper full-lipped mouth, and was considered handsome. He had command of just over two dozen militia, and Jaymes Markham and Dram Feldspar during the Battle of Mason's Ford. Even though they faced a full regiment of Goblins and Hobgoblins, his small force carried the day thanks mostly to Jaymes.
