Tarsians

Tarsians, sometimes called Tarsitians, are those people of Kharolian decent who live in the city of Tarsis, and have the same racial features as all Kharolains. Noble Tarsians can trace their bloodlines back a hundred generations to the founding of the city. To them, this means they are purely Kharolian. Many of the people will wear masks around their city, and they tend to scorn anyone with elven ancestry. Even "purebred" nobles from Tarsis will have some elven blood in their veins, even if they will not admit to it or ignore the signs.

Some items that are made by the city's inhabitants are Tarsian carpets, and they breed some of the finest horses in all of Ansalon.
